It has been many years since they concreted, and sealed my crawl space under my whole ranch house. It is a investment in my home, that I never for a minute regretted. The house is so much more livable, the humidity in the house dropped, and no more musty odor. The concrete has held up very well, no signs of chipping, a few cracks, but that is to be expected with concrete, and doesn't effect how well it still is working. They warned me that the house was going to pop and make noise afterwards, for a month or so, and it did, but then settled out. I had a crawlspace done by these guys last week. The entire team was great to work with. Javier and his crew were professional, and they cleaned up after themselves any mess they made and left the space free of debris. The quote was in line with other smaller companies, but they were able to accommodate me faster than anyone else. I will follow up with an updated review in the spring, hopefully the drain tile they installed will hold for many years to come.

It is always nice to find a quality company you can count on. We bought a house that had serious humidity issues. After calling out lots of different crawlspace companies, we decided that SafeSeal offered the best solution to our problems. I had others tell me I couldn't afford to cement our crawl (it's 1700 square feet). Not only did they cement it, but they put in drain tile and spray foamed the walls for LESS $ than the other guys. They also added support posts on one side of the house! There were a few hiccups, but they were correctly immediately, and we were treated wonderfully by Paul and everyone else that came into our home. What a great group of guys!... read full review
