I initially hired Nathan for gutter cleaning, and he arrived promptly within the scheduled time frame. During our conversation, I mentioned that I didn't have trees that could clog the gutters, but there was one area overflowing. Nathan discovered that plastic had been left behind when the roofers replaced the shingles.He kindly decided to allocate the money I had set aside for gutter cleaning toward a complete house wash instead. He did an exceptional job, displaying professionalism, delivering meticulous work, and offering a fair price.I would use their services again in a heartbeat!!

Just had my house, wood deck, and brick patio power washed by L&L. They absolutely did the best job since we have owned the house for 40 plus years. They are experts in power washing and make sure their approach cleans each surface as thoroughly as possible without doing any damage to the surface (ie 40 yr old aluminum siding). Our house, deck, and brick patio look like new. Our house is white and shows every spec of dirt(see pic) there is no dirt to see! Nathan came out to clean my roof, siding and driveway. I was a little skeptical of the roof cleaning but HOLY SH!T my roof looks phenomenal. This guy is the real deal! His attention to detail is unmatched. You would be foolish to even think about using anyone else. Thank You L&L Power and Soft Washing!!
