I am a DIYer. I attempted my stairs and realized I needed a pro. I was willing to pay for quality. They achieved quality. Fabulous work and very nice staff! Would highly recommend!
I had Matt, Ron, Julie, and they team of carpenters help me with the staircase to my new basement, they were incredible!!! Great communication, got my work done on time and when I need some extra things for code they made that happen very quickly too. I couldn't imagine a better experience with a staircase company, I even had originally picked out a more expensive set of stairs but they informed me that they wouldn't be worth the additional cost in my specific application and so instead of upselling me they switched me to a much better set of stairs for my application and budget. I can't say enough good things about them, everything was top notch, they look beautiful and they couldn't have made it any easier for me!!! Excellent customer service, quality, and follow through!! Thank you all again! Craig Weiss, Geneva

That being said, the sales process was great, they were responsive, and pre-delivered the wood so that I could pre-finish many of the pieces making it much easier afterwards to finish, for the most part. The workers were efficient,...read full review
