if you have short-term memory loss and $150 gift certificate she'll take you for your money and not let you have the appointments if you miss any. she'll tell you with a smile and condescending tone in her voice that she will no longer service you. so now I will have to get $150 worth of products that I don't want or need and I'll give them to someone for Christmas because she's not going to just get my money for nothing.
