After my first few visits my neck was feeling fantastic. I was able to run again, sneeze with out pain, and best of all play with my kids again. I only wish I had gone to her sooner!“

1295 Peoria St, Washington“I've been having some painful nerve issues in my foot related to my piriformus muscle and saw Dr. Delgado fur the first time this week. His staff, Jill and Kara, are super friendly and welcoming and his office is very clean and modern. He listened to my issues and came up with a plan right away which involved taking an X-ray of the piriformus area and putting me on the foot levelers machine to scan my feet for custom orthotics. He didn't waste a minute of my time and was very through. I'm very glad I decided to make an apt with Washington Chiropractic.“

“I have had back problems for many years. I am 82 but feel much younger and maintain a home and grounds of 7 acres, mowing about 3 acres per week. Last year I reached the point where every step I took hurt and at times I was using a cane. Going to a traditional back specialist the recommendation was to begin with shots in the spine possibly followed with back surgery. Instead, I considered back decompression and went to Dr Tim Kaufman of Kaufman Wellness Center. First, I had an interview with Dr Kaufman. He explained the process, answered any questions I had, and told me the probability of me having success with this procedure. Each visit included spinal decompression, electrical muscle stimulation, and manual movement (or adjustment) of my spine by the doctor. Also included were visits with his physical rehabilitation instructor regarding the best exercises to perform.
Within two weeks I was walking without pain.....I still had back pain, but I was walking without every step hurting. It has now been almost five months since I began the treatment, and I am doing activities with less pain than I have had in five or ten years. I have had steady improvement all through this time and wish I had done this years earlier. Most of my back pain is gone. Actually, if I was a sedentary retiree I probably would have no pain, but because I am actively using farm equipment, mowing, gardening, and general repair my pain is what I should expect for working as I do. But I should emphasize that my pain is not at a level that prevents me from being active.
And there is another point I wish to make, I believe this treatment is like the 3-legged stool---(1) the doctor's treatment, (2) the doctor's advice of what to do or not do, and (3) me doing the exercises regularly and as instructed by the doctor and his physical therapist. I believe all three are needed for a successful treatment. At present I do stretching and balance exercises every day (which started about two weeks after I began) and also perform weight exercises and walking to keep muscles in shape.
I cannot thank Dr Kaufman and his staff enough and I highly recommend he and his staff for anyone with back problems.“
