I’ve worked with this team through two shoulder surgeries and a serious neck injury, and I can't say enough good things about them. Jen and Ashley are two of the most caring people I’ve ever met. From day one, it was obvious they truly had my best interests at heart. Their knowledge is incredible, and they were always talking through new techniques to try on what I lovingly call my trainwreck of injuries.
They checked on me often, paid attention to how I was actually feeling, and adjusted things when needed. Most importantly, they made me laugh when the pain felt overwhelming. I never thought I’d enjoy going somewhere where the main goal is to stretch and torture all the parts of me that don’t work right, but they somehow made it something I looked forward to.
Kaitlyn is also amazing. She handled all of the scheduling and workers’ comp coordination, which was no small task. There was a ton of paperwork and moving pieces, and she was always on top of it, responsive, and patient. She is very friendly and a joy to speak with.
This team truly feels like family. The care, effort, and personality they bring every day makes such a difference, especially when you’re dealing with long‑term injuries. I can’t recommend Kaufmann Wellness Center enough, not just for the excellent therapy, but for the genuinely great people who work there.“
