“I called them because my Kashy my precious cat was suddenly very ill and they were so amazing to me on the phone. They couldn't get him in but told me where to take him and told me they could. If that's not a place that truly loves animals and cares I don't know what is. His vet in Polo didn't care . Sadly we lost our precious 7 year old kashy.
