I have had three of the ionic foot baths and then she does a relexology massage on my feet, amazing. my first visit i went in with belly paing going around to my spine and left there in no pain. Highly recommend. Going to try the sauna soon
I 100% recommend just breath for ANY of your needs! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind & welcoming. The dried freeze apples are absolutely delightful as a quick on the go snack! I did the ultimate detox foot bath & I couldn’t have been happier with the results I feel & the knowledge I’ve learned. I will be making a return as a more regular coming client of hers that’s for sure 🩷
I truly recommend Just Breathe Alternative. Laura was very knowledgeable about the services she provides and her own personal testimonial of why she does what she does is wonderful!! She has a very positive, calm, and peaceful environment. I loved the ionic foot bath …a bit gross to see the toxins that come out of our bodies…but extremely interesting. I already scheduled my next appt for the PEMF package and will be scheduling my 3 yr old granddaughter for the PEMF as well to help with some sensory issues…it was amazing to hear some of the experiences she has had with littles who have sensory issues, autism and/non verbals. I will be passing the info on to my other grands parents and a few friends that have littles with Autism! She makes you feel very welcome…the whole studio is very calm and soothing….a very positive experience! She is extremely caring and knowledgeable. She sat down with me and asked questions to be able to properly treat me. She listens to every word and you KNOW she’s listening!She did an ionic foot bath and described what each of the colors were and what they meant. She was describing all the things I have been dealing with the past several years….without me even telling her which was crazy! I am working on preventing anymore cancers, arthritis, neuropathy, stress, anxiety, depression, weight loss, diabetes, mental health in general!. Laura, you and your studio were a breath of fresh air! Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you Laura!
