Dylan the owner answered right away and said they could be there within 3 hours. They actually were here within an hour. Dylan was very professional and nice. Nick the apprentice was with Dylan the whole time. The issue was fixed within a hour and reasonable cost. I am very happy with Turner Plumbing and would recommend to everyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our water heater. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. The repair was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and in good working order. I really appreciated the honesty, clear communication, and quality of the work. Our water heater is now working perfectly again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing water heater service.
