I started Valley Acupuncture several months back after a recommendation from a family friend that works in the city and also is an acupuncturist. The commute was getting difficult for me and she highly recommended Sarah as they were students together many years back! At my first appointment, Sarah was absolutely wonderful and made recommendations based on my symptoms and I cannot say enough about how much better I feel! The whole team is so wonderful! I came to Valley Acupuncture in April in search of pain relief and assistance in healing overworked muscles and ligaments in my hip. I am a long distance runner who was gearing up for a 100 mile race and had 5 weeks left. In my initial appointment, Libby took time to understand my needs and came up with a plan that expediting the healing process and allowed me to continue to train. Each week I saw Libby, I received acupuncture and cupping that gave my body a sense of peace and overall improvement.
