I got builder gel with no extensions on Wed 9/18, I have short nails. I noticed that half my nails were lifting at the tips by that following Thursday. I sent a text letting them know and I was told there is only a 7 day guarantee. I got this service previously in Miami and they lasted for weeks! I am so disappointed because I had given up on getting my nails done because they always seem to do a terrible job nowadays and really thought I had found a new nail salon. During the service, she spent the majority of the time clipping/drilling my cuticles. My nails were $54 and I gave a $10. Olga was my tech.
Nails look and feel amazing. Was tired of dip… changed to gel and feels just as strong. Definitely going back.
