What sets Angie's practice apart is her commitment to evidence-based practices and unraveling layers and years of diet culture. Every recommendation Angie made was backed by solid research, instilling a sense of confidence in the journey we embarked on together. Moreover, her comprehensive approach didn't just focus on immediate symptoms but aimed at long-term wellness, empowering me with the knowledge and tools to sustain a healthy lifestyle beyond our sessions. Angie provided me with a realistic time frame that embraced body acceptance and a healthy body composition, while instilling knowledge about nutrition and habit formation along the way.
