Veronica is great, they have you fill a form for first time clients so she gets to try to know your skin type. She makes you feel comfortable, I was very nervous but she made conversation and honestly the entire experience was great and fast we were done in 15 minutes. Being this was my first time getting a wax treatment I was a bit nervous but Veronica was very professional and personable. The location was very easy to get to and very clean, warm and inviting.
