Walked in today in panic because I just purchased Cartier sunglasses and they broke! I googled sunglass repair and Eye Boutique popped up first on Google, so I went there and they fixed my glasses within 10 mins with no charge! I was aesthetic and felt like I needed to give them something for repairing my glasses at no cost. This is the definition of a great customer service should be! Thank you again, Eye Boutique.

I stopped by Eye Boutique and they were busy, and there was only one staff member handling everything at the time. Despite the chaos, Gaby was an absolute rockstar—she managed everyone there to my surprise and gave me her full attention also. I had only come in to ask about pricing on some frames and lenses, but after doing my research and experiencing excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be back this week to make a purchase.
