We recently had carpeting installed and our hardwood floor refinished by Carlson’s Flooring. We had a positive experience working with Art, Shane and Troy. Their crews were prompt, efficient and cleaned up along the way. We are very pleased with both jobs. Would highly recommend Carlson’s for your next flooring project!
Another excellent experience with Carlson's Floors. Have been a loyal customer since 1987. High quality products. Extremely helpful and professional customer service. Family owned and they go out of their way to satisfy. Our most recent service experience was above and beyond any service I have received from a retail outlet in quite a while. Kevin took my call and within hours, our carpet problem was taken care of. Prompt, courteous, highly professional. We have had a great experience working with Carlson's. Everyone we've met or spoken to has been friendly and knowledgeable. Art helped us choose a carpet that fit our needs and was incredibly patient with all of our questions and helping us figure out the best plan for our space. Troy was also incredibly helpful when he came to measure and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend Carlson's!
