Bre is amazing. I always thought I had hyperpigmentation or uneven skin tone; that was not the case. She said it’s the acne scars and blemishes, and we can do a treatment. I can’t wait to shop the products she recommended. The staff is 10/10 for my first experience at this location. I also came for a natural makeup look Bre understood the assignment! Definitely am coming back for makeup application and skin treatment very soon!
I haven’t been to a stylist in a while. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences. I decided to give it another try and I was not disappointed. Karlie, at the Geneva salon, went above and beyond to make my hair the way I’ve been hoping for it to look like, I’m a long time. She was so kind and patient and did not give up until we got it right!! Thank you Ulta & Karlie, for helping me to feel better about myself again. Pretty hair can make your day!!
Sarah was amazing. I think she heard me complaining regarding not being able to find something and she went out of her way to ask more than once if I needed help it was appreciated since no one greeted me upon arrival, turned my whole mood around
