I have had the pleasure of doing business with Agent Kathy Lucas at Lohman Companies in Geneseo, IL for 20 years!
Although she and I have never connected on a personal level outside of the insurance office, she is family to me. She is friendly, professional and always willing to complete my newest request. Kathy genuinely cares about others and has gone out of her way to make sure that I am satisfied in any decision that I make. I moved from Illinois in 2006 but have kept Kathy as my agent and plan to continue doing business with her. I trust her completely. Kathy will get the job done in a very timely manner and with accuracy. I highly recommend her.
