My husband and I were stranded halfway home due to a blown tire and subsequent van damage. We ended up at Turpin's where Beth was a much-needed friendly face in a stressful situation. Parts were ordered, but we needed to stay overnight a few nights at a local hotel and Turpin employees drove us to the hotel and came and got us once our van was fixed. They were friendly, helpful and quick to help us get back on the road again. Thank you, Beth, and all the mechanics who helped get us up and running!

They deleted my review, so I'm posting it again! I wish I could give them negative stars. That's how much I dislike this place! From the beginning, they have been incredibly rude, condescending, pushy, and liars. We have an issue with a vehicle that has been recalled. They have LIED to Chrysler about the issue so that it is not covered under the recall, all so they can try to make $2500 off of us! I would recommend driving 3 hours away to another dealer before having to go to this one. DO NOT GO HERE!!
