I'm glad I took my boy in. His nails are much nicer, he's exhausted and tired now. The only thing I didn't like was another dog barking constantly in the back. It made it difficult to talk over or hear the staff. Perhaps a muzzle?

Always have my husky groomed here. Very nice staff and professional. Usually, my dog takes about an hour or hour and a half. Skylar groomed her this last visit, and Nala looks great.

They have a huge variety of basically everything! If you can't find what you are looking for, any staff member will genuinely be happy to help you find what you need!Only reason it's a 4 star is because I used to work here in the grooming section. Customers can be extremely rude, and the grooming salon is almost always constantly booked to capacity. I'd have loved to have had more time with each pet I worked with, but unfortunately was constantly rushed through services so I could get to the next pet. A better system with this would be so much better, especially with pets who are scared, unsure or even defensive about being groomed. More time with these... read full review
