Hats off to this funeral home. As a former resident of Galesburg I have attended several funerals at this very location, but it wasn’t until I had to experience firsthand what it is like to do business with them when tragedy hit my family directly. This funeral home is so proficient and professional. You can tell these are dedicated individuals at work. Not only did they have my sister looking like the beautiful princess that she is, but they were quick to be supportive during the last minute emergency we had with my mother near the end of the service. Our mother passed away, and we used HPW as her preneed was with them. Carrie and the staff were very helpful in explaining everything to us and accommodating our needs. During the services Chuck made sure everything went smoothly and accommodated our requests. I would highly recommend HPW to anyone needing guidance and assistance in laying their loved one to rest.
