Very quick service! The stylist, Tonya, who served me gave me just a quick trim but my hair feels and looks so much better. She was able to explain the state of my hair in a way that I understood and built my confidence.

Depends on who you get here, I have mostly good experiences but however there is an older looking lady with tattoos who works there and she is lacking very bad on her customer service skills I almost had to put her in place last time after she very rudely spoke to me for absolutely no reason. I Get cuts from different stylists here and 3 out of 5 of these women are great and 2 out of 5 either end up not cutting my hair the way I asked them to or they are simply rude which honestly is horrible because we pay you to cut hair we don't care about your attitudes and there is no reason to be rude to people. You would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for that rude older lady...read full review
