We are very thankful and pleased with Bent By Design. When James came out to see what was needed to replace our front and back entrance doors and storm doors, he assessed the job and explained his approach clearly and gave us affordable options. When he came with his crew, his son and John, they worked with skill. Not only did James replace the back door, he completely reworked the crumbled concrete threshold and then replaced the threshold with treated lumber at the back door. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with Bent by Design! Last summer they did major repairs on my screen house and did a lot of repairs on the outside deck. Last week they power washed both my house and the deck. They replaced the lattice. This week they stained the deck. It is beautiful! They are the most reliable contractors I have worked with. They are here when they said they would be. I would recommend them to anyone!
I ordered a chain link fence through Lowe's. Lowe's took 7 months to get the correct materials delivered but once they finally did, Bent by Design was quick to get my fence installed the same day and it looks great! I will definitely use this company again for any future home improvements but I will probably go directly through them instead of through Lowes. The people at this company were good about communicating with me about what was going on and helping me communicate with Lowe's as well.
