Staff was professional and courteous. Good communication on arrival time. Made an older carpet with stains look much better. The quick-drying process left a pleasant scent - no overwhelming perfume.

Amy's crew of three arrived very friendly and professional! I showed them around the house, pointing out specific stains to target and they got to work. They called me two hours later, when they were finished, to have me come look over their work. They walked me through the house, explaining their work and pointing out challenging spots. This crew worked efficiently and professionally and I would hire them back in a heartbeat! I may also add that upon scheduling, Amy offered to do a repeat enzyme treatment after a week, if needed, as things can get stirred up from the initial cleaning. I am very pleased with this service and highly recommend.

I have used Amy's Carpet Care for years and they do a fabulous job. They clean my carpet thoroughly without getting it excessively wet so I'm back in business in just a few hours. Love them!!!
