A risk manager contacted the next day and paid for a cracked windshield repair, showing professional understanding. The crew did a fantastic job on a driveway at a fair price, listening to concerns and relaying them to the field.
Great experience, Matt was prompt and accurate, timely work progress, just a super experience over all. Maybe not the cheapest but quality is the cheapest way to go, buy the best first and only cry once
I would like to say that I'm blown away by their kindness! My windshield was cracked by an object that flew off of one of their trucks. Chris, the risk manager, contacted me the very next day and paid for the repair. He was very professional and understanding. Thank you Chris!
