Unbelievable pricing! You walk in with a W2 and you get charged $265.00 for 5 minutes of time. Get told that they can reverse previous years mistakes from Turbo Tax filling and in fact there was nothing to reverse and you get charged extra with no refund. I got the lowest tax refund in 6 years going to the place boasting they can me a higher refund. Super unprofessional overall with in the establishment. If you go to any other tax establishment you will pay half the price and a quarter of the price going to Turbo Tax. Twice I made an appointment, first one they canceled on me.Today, on the 19th, I drove 20 miles to get there, and am told no, no appointment. In fact, I'm told that they can't take me on as a client at all. Complete waste of my time. Not even a heads up about this. As a business owner, this is simply not acceptable. Sad truth of business in today's world. Two big thumbs down, irregardless of the excuse!!?

If I could give this place a negative 100, I would rate it accordingly..Barb is a crook and tries to advantage of innocent people..I don't understand how she can still be open??
