As someone who has dental anxiety, the staff at Freeport Dental and Dr Malcolm were amazing at making my daughter and I feel comfortable at her appointment. The staff was so lively and upbeat with my 3yr old and Dr Malcolm took the time to talk with me about the issues my daughter has. We have a plan going forward. The front office also explained my insurance information in detail. I'm so pleased with my experience I moved our next regular appt to this office and am happy to drive an hour.

Everyone was very pleasant, explained procedure in detail along with options and pricing. Most importantly they started the procedure same day in fact immediately after choosing option. I would recommend Dr Patel due to his knowledge and extreme care he provided. Sincerely, Jerry

I was notified that my dental office was short staffed on the day of my appointment. They were able to accommodate me at the other office on the same day. Kudos to the staff on Church Street!
