    Thought it wasn’t me? because my signature wasn’t the same? sometimes they are different, they aren’t going to be exactly identical. Also, my birth date i was rushing and wrote it wrong and crossed it out and wrote the right one. anyways, after i showed them my ID, debit card, and SS? i still couldn’t tan because they thought it wasn’t me. after i bought the package for tanning.     I had the worst experience of my life with the staff and Especially the Manger/Owner.. At the time my fiance had bought me a pretty expensive package for my Birthday. I was in a car accident and I couldn't drive for several months. They flat out told me too bad use it or lose it. I even sent them a Drs. Note. They didn't care at all, they even laughed in my face and said oh you should have read the directions first!!! They are extremely snotty and think they are better than everyone else. You would think that a locally owned business would want a good name for themselves but they DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING.     My boyfriend bought me an unlimited 1 month package, just as the Caronavirus outbreak was getting really bad and it was discovered that there were 2 covid-19 cases in Winnabago County which is very close to Freeport. All restaraunts, bars, churches and any groups or gatherings of more then 10 gathered were halted. Schools were being closed indefinitely, etc. I had only went to two, 6 minute sessions as that is the rule for newer spring tanners. Because of the virus, I didn't feel safe tanning in beds where others had layed, most likely naked and sweaty, and there are young teenaged girls that worked there, that I noticed, were only spraying the beds 3 times, with already diluted cleanser. We called to ask to speak to the manager, but she was gone. She called us the next day and we told her our concerns in a respectful way, asking for a refund. She was rude and immediately refused to reimburse our over $100.00, even in light of the pandemic and all the closures. I was shocked by her lack of empathy to her customers, her pocket book seemed to be more important that kind and compassionate humane decency. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there, because she does not care for her customers. We used 12 minutes in total of the package, at least she could have reimbursed us some prorated.
