“I had good experiences with chiropractics before coming to Advantage Family Chiropractics, but my former chiropractor stopped doing manual adjustments, and I felt I needed to include this modality to loosen me up properly. Now I usually see Dr. Katie at Advantage Family Chiropractics, and have also seen Dr. Gayle once when Dr. Katie was off for course work. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, with an extremely stiff lower back. Dr. Katie found the arthritis in my spine (to add to the long list of joints elsewhere that are affected).

I came to Dr. Katie for an evaluation that ended up being extremely thorough and informative, took over an hour, and she put together a convalescence plan over 12 weeks, and now I'm usually pain-free in my back and upper body. Dr. Katie gave me the understanding and techniques I could do at home with inexpensive equipment, to maintain my alignment and keep my pain levels down, or away completely. She taught me how to keep the arthritis starting in my neck from advancing to a painful stage.

Dr. Katie is knowledgeable about my condition, willing to learn from my subjective experiences and studies that I find, and quick to come up with answers and tricks for the latest issues that crop up.

One year ago, I came to Dr. Katie with such dizziness, a flu-like feeling, and a "burning brain" feeling that I could no longer tolerate, and traditional medicine had nothing left to offer me. That very night after she did some gentle neck adjustments, all of it went away. (She wanted to study my case more before starting on my back). I know the staff understood I was suffering and getting desperate, and Dr. Katie saw me right away.

I'm so grateful for the care and concern of this compassionate and knowledgeable team. I look forward to my appointments for maintenance. If I am starting to stiffen up from falling behind in my own home routine, Dr. Katie's adjustments feel like she's oiling a rusty machine, and I can move normally again. I'm so glad I gave chiropractics a chance. My situation pain-wise and functionality-wise, with both the fibromyalgia and arthritis, has improved greatly, and I can do a lot more than I could last year.

“Dr. Stock is one of the few chiropractors in the STL area that performs electrical stimulation using micro-current. She is certified to perform physicals & keeps current on the latest information for chiropractic & accupuncture. Also, she's provides fingerprinting & physicals for DOT/HAZMAT filings. I have non-diabetic neuropathy, 2 herniated discs, & scoliosis. I routinely receive accupuncture, micro-current, & adjustments from her. When my heriated discs were diagnosed, she's the one who recommended I see a pain management MD. The bulging discs weakened my knees & exacerbated my nueropathy. Dr. Stock helped me to heal faster.
