20260720 Jamie came through checking on termites in & around my house. He was respectful and informative, explaining what he didn't see and the plan for another way to provide deterrence against termites. I appreciated his attention to me, my house, and my dog.
20260516 DJ didn't read my customer description so he swiped the eaves with solution (bug killer). I did open my front door as he was there and talked to him. My phone had died so I hadn't received his first text. My dog let me know that he was around. He then put the pellets around, which is what I wanted done. Besides that, DJ was courteous & friendly.
