I really like washing my clothes here . It’s very clean and the young lady Karla is super nice and very helpful. She has great customer service. I would definitely recommend this laundry mat to my friends. I the hours open are the best. I went to wash today Dec31-25 at 3:42. sorry to say when I came in I almost fell on a dam towel on the floor. All the dryers were taken . I asked the lady that works here . if she take on the clothes so I can dry my clothes. Sadly so say 👎. There were two ladies that had clothes in the dryer and took some out and left the other dryers with clothes. I work and I am tired I went to go in and out. I recently stopped going to the laundromat I had been going to for 13 years. It changed ownership and was always dirty, falling apart and staff were not always present to address issues. I decided tried Wash Smart and was extremely impressed. When I pulled into the lot, Maria M. came out to offer help putting our laundry bags in the cart. I declined her offer but thanked her. Maria was extremely friendly, welcoming and helped us get our prepaid laundry card set up. The facility was extremely well kept and clean. I love the free dry option. The only thing I would change is having larger folding tables otherwise this place is great.
Ive been coming here for years. Ms. MARIA MARTINEZ is hands down, no argument the BEST employee they have. Reviews are one thing but all it takes is so watch the cameras. All the other employees are okay sometimes they just sit around and gossip , don’t even offer to help or anything. NOT Maria! I now consider her a friend. She does not stop, cleaning , helping, organizing. She helps everyone around her and works so hard. This place is very very lucky to have her there. I hope the owner recognizes the gem of employee she is. Customers love her and if you go, you’ll see why! Under new management things are looking good.
