Safeguard Waterproofing-Ram Jack Illinois did a great job on my house in Wheaton. It is a house that the owners in 1975 decided to put a 2nd story on. Well over the years their lack of diligence became evident, The house had settled 2 1/2 inches.
Safeguard was able to come in with very minor disruption to the to the household. They created a stronger foundation, took out the old undersized wooden beam in the basement. Brought in a steel beam. Raised the house back to a appropriate position and leveled making sure that doors still worked properly.
They then made sure that the craw space waterproofed again and it looks better than it did when they first inspected...read full review
We had a foundation issue and obtained several quotes. Safeguard was the only vendor that provided detailed information to support the quote. The team was professional and communicated throughout the project. There was an issue that was immediately addressed.
