I’m an optical manager/optician I called in because the lab that we work with outsources our mirrored lenses to Opticote lab. I decided to call the source to get recommendations for the darkest polarized mirrored lens option they have. I could not get a clear answer whatsoever and it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in the optical fields for 25 years. Not sure of the angry man’s name that I talked to but… peace be with you… Take a little bit more pride in your job, sir

If I could give no stars I would. I work in a optical office, they lost our job, there was no customer service. One hand didn't know what the other hand was doing. No one owned up to the mistake of wrong color coating as well as losing a job. Almost impossible to get them to stop billing us for something we never received. Would never deal with them again.
