Myrna at Midwest Can is a great asset for their company! She helped us out with our 6 gallon watering can we have had for many years. This is the only can we have had in all our years of camping that hasn't leaked. Thanks again to Myrna for helping us. She is what true customer service is all about.
Amending my previous review. We have four different Midwest cans ranging in size from one gallon to six gallons. Every single spout has broken in the same place. Please see my pics. As other reviewers have mentioned the rubber gaskets are poor quality as well. I emailed their customer service a second time. I received a phone call and was offered replacement spouts for no charge. They even paid the shipping. While I am still a bit disappointed in the quality, the customer service is second to none.
