I began my yoga practice at Yoga 360 last summer, and now I can’t imagine my life without it. The entire staff is warm, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to individual needs. I currently expanded my practice to include their pilates as well. Each session just simply keeps getting better!I also tried their tune sessions and can’t wait to do more! Through medical grade vibrations and music, I truly felt my mind and body being taken to a state of rest and recovering. I felt more energized and relaxed after these sessions. Yoga 360 is a wonderful place. I presently started taking Yoga and Pilates there this summer. From day one, it has been a very welcoming and cordial studio. All of the instructors and staff are very knowledgeable and very professional. The clientele is friendly. I recently tried "Tune" which is a combination of the use of music and vibration for relaxation, stress reduction, mental clarity and several other options. I tried it three times and found it very helpful and relaxing. I would recommend you give it a try!
I’ve been attending yoga classes at Yoga 360 for a little over a year… It has such a pleasant Zen atmosphere.. I Love it here.. They offer other great services beside yoga, Tuning is one of their newer services that I just had to try & I must say I was not disappointed.. My first Tuning session was Brighten such an experience I had medium & high intensity thru this session I felt multiple goosebumps & chills such an awesome experience, I also tried Cleanse & Focus same level of awesomeness really hard to put into words it’s a feeling u must experience… I’ve tried their massage services multiple times, Phenomenal..The waiting area before the massage is top tier...read full review
