The entire staff is very knowledgeable and the owner (Valerie) takes the time to answer any questions in great detail. I love this place! The accountants are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been doing my taxes for 8 years and always work to get me the most in my return. When I had questions about investments, the offered advise and showed me my options to get the most out of my investments. I appreciate the fact that they are a small local business and privately owned.
Have been using VS Financial for years in Indiana, where we live.When Val, the owner, purchased the tax office in Illinois a few years back, from whoever owned the book of clients at the location previously, we didn’t hesitate to follow to Frankfort, 30 mins away, after she made the decision to consolidate locations - closing the Indiana office which was 2 blocks from my house.We’ve had exceptional service since day 1, from the entire staff. I ask a lot of questions, and the time is always taken by their office to thoroughly answer and provide direction on the best tax strategies for my financial situation. Highly recommend.
