RWK IT approached us to offer their IT services at a time when my department was already working with another IT provider who had consistently fallen short of their promises. Because of that experience, I had little to no interest in hearing what RWK IT had to offer.

Nick Golias of RWK IT took no offense to my skepticism and fully understood why my confidence in IT vendors was low. Despite my clear hesitation, admittedly harsh, borderline abusive, feedback, Nick remained patient, professional, and consistent without being annoying.
