I've been coming to LECC for a little under 5 months. Upon my first visit, I was treated like family. Everything was easy, the atmosphere was friendly, spirits were high, with professionalism and care at every step of the way. Every subsequent visit has retained that same quality, the same atmosphere--the same high spirits. After my first visit, I slept through the whole night, no waking up with intense lower back and hip pain, and it's only continued to improve my sleep AND my posture again. When I had a migraine, they even squeezed me in earlier than my appointment in a pinch and relieved that pressure so fast I stopped clenching my jaw. There's not enough stars for this clinic and it's wonderful staff that I highly recommend.

This place is the best!!! They have a great system set up from the intake process throughout the weekly visits. Every staff member is welcoming & warm & treats everyone like they’re a part of the Life Effect Center family. Kelly (front desk mgr) greets everyone by first name. I was in bad shape w/ a frozen shoulder when I first started. I couldn’t even raise my arm high enough to brush my teeth (w/ my dominant arm) & I’ve regained significant range of motion and I am almost able to brush my hair (w/ my dominant hand). They helped me big time! I am beyond thankful for the weekly adjustments from (both Dr. Bai & Dr. Martens) as well for the Physical Therapy staff (Carrie & Ricky). Each staff member cares and it shows. I highly recommend this spot for all of your chiropractic needs! 💫

I highly recommend Dr. Bai and Life Effect Centers - Chiropractic. Firstly, Dr. Bai always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions about my issues with my back and my neck and my legs. Then he investigates those areas, makes his diagnosis, and then starts me on a plan to address those problem areas. The plans have treatments in his office as well as activities which I do at home. After the office visits I feel much better; doing my activities at home has increased my strength and flexibility and reduced or alleviated my pain. Also, all members of his staff have been patient, knowledgeable and very professional while also establishing a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. To anyone looking for Chiropractic treatment, I strongly encourage you to check out Life Effect Centers and talk to Dr. Bai.
