Debi was amazing, and both she and the store manager made sure the customer was aware of pros and cons, with Debi explaining every step of the process. The results came out way better than expected, as Debi is very skilled. The customer only goes to Hair Cuttery to get their eyebrows waxed, and they are always a walk-in. The customer found their hair stylist at Hair Cuttery about 15 years ago, who now works out of their home, and the customer hopes they never need anyone else but would go to Hair Cuttery if they did. The customer loves the Hair Cuttery services, and the ladies are always nice, so they try to go to any of the franchise when their kids or they need a haircut. On May 11, the customer took their 4-year-old child, who has speech delay and some sensory issues, to a new location of Hair Cuttery. The stylists, Ms. Samantha and Ms. Ralinda, were the best the customer could have asked for, as they understood the customer's and child's struggle, and made the child feel special and safe. The customer is definitely going back to this location.
