Hector did a terrific job, he was fast efficient and very informative, he showed us offers of what we can purchase to prolong the efficiency of or units. He was very neat is appearance and wore shoe covers to protect our floors and carpets. I wish he could be our regular A/C and furnace maintenance man which we have come every spring and fall to maintain our unit.
Hector was very helpful in helping us know the options we had to repair the furnace. He srayed until we decided what we needed to do and facilitated the repairs. He went the extra mile for us and we really appreciated it!
