I am from St. Louis and came to Chicago for an afternoon wedding reception. Though I probably won't be repeat business for April because I am not local, I do hope that I can encourage others to user her. April is very warm and welcoming. Before we came, I sent pictures of my 110 pound Great Dane to April because some people don't take giant breed dogs. April's only response was that she can't wait to meet such a sweet dog in person! She's also very thorough, requesting shot records and emergency contact information before taking an animal in. Though some look at this as a hassle, I am grateful!
