“Good customer service from stylist. Wasn't overbooked, and wait was only about 10 minutes to get in the chair. I was actually 10 minutes late ?. Once Shariah started my hair, she didn't stop. She asked questions to be clear on the style I wanted as I requested a specific braided updo. It took just around 2 hours! I will be going back. Did I say I love my hair... I love my hair!“

“The only shop I will go to for my nails. The staff are extremely friendly, & I have never had a problem making last minute appointments, or having nails fixed when I accidentally chip, or break one. They've even repaired free of charge if it's done within a reasonable amount of time. I especially love the male owner, as well as Dan & his wife. They are the nicest people. There's one other employee I've seen others commenting on, she may be the owners wife, Annie? Yes, she can be a little iffy, tempermant wise at times, but we all have our bad days. I think it's just how she is. Not unfriendly, but not overly friendly, either. It is what it is. I don't take it personally. We all have different personalities, and come from different cultures. I definitely don't buy the reviews of them being blatantly rude, or racist. I have never witnessed that, and I am in there all the time. I HAVE, however, seen customers speak to THEM with rude attitude, and I find it uncalled for. The shop is very clean, and they have always done beautiful work on my nails. The color choices are large. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.“
