Update, they made it out asap. Found another issue with the furnace. I can't say enough good things about the service Scott offeres, but not sold on this furnace. Too many problems on a new unit. He said they will take care of it, but offers no reliability to heat my home.
At a loss at this point. Purchased a new furnace almost 2 years ago from this company. Since it was installed it's never ran properly. They have had to come out every season change as the furnace would not kick on and even effected parts on my ac when using in summer. Scott came out within hours of my call. Found the actual issue(cracked manifold) within minutes after another company just blamed my smart thermostat. Then had the whole furnace replaced in under 2 business days. I couldn't be happier with the work.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Matheney Heating and Air, and I must say that they truly go above and beyond when it comes to their service. Scott, one of their technicians, came to my house a few weeks ago to diagnose an issue with my furnace.
