From setting up the appointment, making payment arrangements, to seeing Dr. Garrigan, the whole staff was always concerned in making sure my needs were met. Dr. Garrigan was very personable and did an outstanding job of identifying and addressing my eye care. Kelly at the front desk was friendly and treated me with respect through the whole process and did an out standing job of customer service. Everyone in the Forsyth office is friendly and very knowledgeable about your issues. There is always a plan of treatment designed to help the patient moving forward. Excellent care with little or no delays ever. We have been patients for decades!
