Had lost all my curl ( thought not coming back 😩)but Jackie gave me the best haircut w perfect layers! Got my curl back & had my hair colored too & color was beautiful. Always a great experience. Very affordable & Jackie was excellent ! Highly recommend.
Syvia. Sylvia isn't the problem. It's your manager. I booked on 6/3 for my wife and I for haircuts on 6/5 fir 9:00 am & 9:20. We were there at 8:55 am. Some guy came just before us as a walk in. The manager let him go 1st instead of the people that booked. Isn't that the meaning if booking? We been going here for over 20 years and never been treated like this before. We will probably WON'T GO BACK. I told the mgr I booked fir 9 am on 6/ 3. She said he walked in 1st. What's the rule for this? I hope to hear back from you but probably won't.
Very pleased with my accurate cut and the hot towel was an added relaxing treat. Enjoyed experience with Sylvia
