We recently had our bathroom floor replaced, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From beginning to end, Nelson and his team were professional, punctual, and communicative.

Sonin Construction built an open air front porch and an enclosed, heated rear porch for our home. Nelson, the owner, has excellent craftsman and workers on his staff. They take pride in their work and are courteous. Nelson does a great job coordinating with the City of Chicago for permit inspections, which due to the City's backlog on available inspection dates, can normally really slow down the execution of a project. We were fortunate to have our project finished and complete as soon as it was. We think the value for the money was great, with much attention to detail. We were really happy with the work Sonin Construction did on our 100+ year old home! We needed a complete second floor remodel, including expanding a half bath into the full dormer space and finishing a very large unfinished attic space. Nelson was always responsive, and his workers always showed up, which goes a long way! Their attention to detail was really appreciated, and they happily did the work according to our preferences and wishes. Would absolutely hire them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.
