We worked with Nelson and team to complete and entire first floor renovation including a new kitchen, two bathrooms and a closet to laundry room conversion. Nelson was very responsive throughout the entire process and delivered on everything we asked and on time! We were new to remodeling and he was very patient and explained everything throughout the process. We are so happy with the end result and highly recommend Sonin Construction.
Nelson was very responsive from our initial request to coming to our property to provide a consultation. He was honest and professional. When he wasn’t sure the exact quote due to needing his plumber to come view the job personally, he asked to come back with his plumber to properly evaluate the scope and cost of the plumbing. He connected us quickly to a kitchen designer who was excellent too. His quote came in very reasonable compared to others and he was quick to follow up regarding any questions via email or hop on a call. Our project didn’t end up moving past the initial planning and consult phase, but we will be outreaching Nelson again when we have any home improvement projects in the future.
