French Doors installed by National Roofing have completely failed in 2 months, not installed properly, water enters my apartment. The window seals have also completely failed after a couple months. Water comes into my apartment in multiple places since May 15, 2020. National Roofing will not respond to emails or phone calls to fix the issues.As a summary;1. No flashing below my door;2. Weatherstrip was drilled through to the wood (now warped);3. Door doesn't shut properly;4. Window seals let water into the interior of my unit on both the North and South side;5. French Doors installed by National Roofing have completely failed in 2 months, not installed properly, water enters my apartment. The window seals have also completely failed. Water came into my apartment in multiple places since May 15, 2020. National Roofing will not respond to emails or phone calls to fix the issues. As a summary; 1. No flashing below my door; 2. They installed the wrong skylight and have now been waiting for 4 months for them to replace it and still nothing. They also took my awning off and tied it to the roof,it is still up there and nobody has removed it. I have sent numerous emails but have been ignored and lied to about when they will come. I don't understand how people can be so rude to their customers.
