Untruthful company! Whatever they tell you, is BS. Empty promses to get your business. Salesman Jacob doesn't have a clue, never had any answers, and tells (promises) you one thing and does another. Jay the project manager is the biggest con artist, telling you something, until HIS boss called right before we started and told me they can't do that, and that's not how it works.
Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. Typical big company trying to screw a customer, by promising something they can't deliver, just to get your business.

terrible company took them 3 weeks to tell me they don't want to work with me because I don't need a whole roof replacement. the guy who came out didn't even bring a tape measure. he needed to borrow mine. I did some research on them and they are all just landscapers working for a company out of Wisconsin. they have no Roofing experience. and you will never see them again once they're done. stay far far away from these people

With the storm season, coming up and potential damage to your roof be careful who you choose to fix it Our roof looks good from a distance. But we now have attic of red squirrels and mice that get in from the gaps they leave. They tell you that they don’t do the soffit work only the roof . It’s a copout, you can see the work they did with close-up pictures. Anyone interested in pictures? Let me know.
