I love this place. And that's coming from someone who hates going to the dentist! My very old grandma went to Dr. Mantoan for a long time and he was the only dentist she allowed to work on her extremely sensitive teeth for decades. I was going to a local dentist who diagnosed me with anywhere from 1-4 cavities EVERY 6 months, even though I took great care of my teeth. The local place told me I had 3 more cavities that needed to be filled, so I decided to go see Dr. Mantoan for a second opinion. Southland Smiles did x-rays and Dr. Mantoan informed me that I actually had NO new cavities, but I needed to fix one older filling that had cracked. He is a respectable, honest dentist and he does a really great job. I've had several different hygienists at SS and they were all friendly, considerate and great at what they did. Southland Smiles is a bit far from where I live but it's the only place I will go to, even for a simple cleaning. I highly recommend them!

I'm visiting Chicago from Florida and had a problem with a tooth. Dr Raspberry was so caring and explained everything. I cannot express how well he treated me. And fixed the problem. Thank you Dr Raspberry
