I went to Top Nails with two of my daughters and my 8 year old granddaughter for pedicures. Tommy was awesome, but I don't know the name of the woman who did my daughters and granddaughters pedi's. The woman who did my granddaughters was told NOT to use gel polish, but she did anyway and put sparkles on her toes, on her own accord, which I was told by another worker and after I paid, should have been free for kids. I was charged $30 for my granddaughters pedi for something I didn't ask for. It should have been $10 for what I wanted for her. Needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!! Will be calling and reporting them to state board! Went in for a full set short square white tips. The man did and awful job!!! My right hand was short and my left hand was long! I told him my nails were longer and he said he will file it but it’s not longer. As he was filing the left hand I checked the right hand and 3 of my nails were filed at an angle. I said sir these are at an angle. he said it was my finger and got mad a started cutting the nails and forced me to soak them off and PUT ME OUT!!!! Never have I been treated so poorly because of someone else mistake!! He filed my cuticles talking the nails off and told me it was my fault... read full review

I wish I could give zero stars. My nails look horrible and they aren't even a week old. Now my thumb has a big boil on it.
