Bob my Technician , explains everything he’s going to do prior to the work. It is very informative on the product. He is laying down and how it affects pets which is very much appreciated. Last name, most importantly he is excellent at communicating his arrival times and he is on time.!
We used Rottler last year for wasps and this year went with the yearly service because the wasps are really bad this year and we have ants all throughout our yard. Jake G does an exceptional job and even came back out 3 days later when we found a large nest under our pool ledge. All around great customer service!!
